The Gripsoft Slicker Brush is typically used to smooth the coat and to take out mats and tangles.

It is made of fine wire pins secured to a flat base.

The slicker brush is best for dogs with long coats and/or curly coats. 

Also available is the JW Double Sided Brush with wire pins on one side and soft bristles on the other.
